Cancellation Policy
In the event ofā¦
ā¢Please note that appointments rescheduled within a week of the originally agreed-upon date and time will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Additionally, 50% of the total service fee will be charged as a new deposit for the rescheduled appointment , and this amount is due on the day the rescheduling notice is provided.
ā¢Appointments canceled within the same week of the agreed date and time will incur a charge of 50% of the original service total.
ā¢In the event of repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests, an automatic fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be applied.
ā¢Please note that all deposits remain valid for six (6) months from the original deposit date. Any deposit not applied within this period will be deemed expired and will not be eligible for use under any circumstances.
